We remind you that according to art. 113 of the Act on foreigners of December 12, 2013, the foreigner is obliged to notify the voivode, within 15 working days, of the cessation of the reason for granting the permit, as well as on the basis of art. 121 of the referred Act, a foreigner residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a temporary residence and work permit shall, within 15 working days, notify in writing the voivode competent with respect to the foreigner’s current place of residence of the loss of a job at any of the entities entrusting the performance of work indicated in the permit. Loss of a job of any of the entities indicated in the decision does not result in automatic delegalization of the foreigner’s stay. In this case, however, the residence and work permit may be withdrawn. The foreigner has 30 days to find another employer from the date of the loss of a job of the entity entrusting the performance of work indicated in the permit. Failure by the foreigner to notify the voivode about the cessation of the reason for the permit may also be relevant to the outcome of the proceedings for granting another temporary residence permit. A foreigner may be refused another temporary residence permit if he/she fails to do so.
