Important changes regarding income criteria and social assistance benefits, which is in force from October 1, 2018.

Those who are required to meet the condition of having a regular and stable source of income should remember  that  income criteria were changed on October 1, 2018. For a person who lives in Poland alone the minimum income amounts to  701 PLN per month and for a person who lives in Poland with family it is 528 PLN per month. Criteria given above were introduced by the regulation of the Council of Ministers from 11 July 2018  regarding the verified income criteria and amounts of cash benefits from social assistance.
