From 2021, the right to the “500+” benefit will be determined for the period from June 1 to May 31 of the next calendar year. To obtain the right to a child benefit from June 1 this year, applications can be submitted from February 1 electronically via the Empatia portal, via electronic banking or via the PUE ZUS portal. It will be possible to submit documents in person at the office or by post from April 1 this year.
