We are implementing a project under the Erasmus+ Programme which aims to strengthen staff competencies through the development of international experience.
The aim of the project activities is to improve the competences of the Foundation’s staff and management which are needed to organise and support adult learning, with the consequent development of the educational offer and improvement of cooperation at international level.
It is also an opportunity to exchange experiences, make contacts and learn about other cultures. More people are preparing for the trips. As part of the project, we will travel to Ireland, Spain and Malta.
