1. The administrator of your personal data (hereinafter: “Administrator”) is the Rule of Law Institute Foundation, a non-governmental organization, based in Lublin (KRS: 0000085688, NIP: 7122708867, REGON: 432322189). The Rule of Law Institute Foundation is a non-governmental organization established to support initiatives aimed at raising legal awareness of the public, raising professional qualifications of lawyers, promoting European law and the idea of ​​European integration, actions to protect human rights and reform of the legal education system.

2. The administrator has appointed a Personal Data Inspector, with whom there exists a contact via post at the following address: Fundacja Instytut na rzecz Państwa Prawa, ul. Chopina 14/70, 20-023 Lublin; or viae-mail: rodo@panstwoprawa.org.

3. Your personal data is collected and processed by the Administrator only for the purpose of the Foundation’s activity  (name and surname, date of birth, citizenship, series and number of the ID document, address, e-mail address and telephone number). The data are being collected by the Administrator throughout many years of its activity and is used only to inform about the Foundation’s actions, undertaken in public interest.

4. Personal data is collected by the Administrator in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repeal Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection), Office. UE L No. 119, p. 1.

5. You may refuse to receive further communications from the Administrator at any time or update your data. In both cases, please contact the Personal Data Inspector.

6. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you also have the right to:
6.1. request from the Administrator an access to your personal data,
6.2. require the Administrator to correct your personal data,
6.3. request from the Administrator to delete your personal data,
6.4. request from the Administrator to limit the processing of your personal data,
6.5. object processing of your personal data,
6.6. file a complaint to the supervisory body.

7. In order to exercise rights listed in point 6, please contact the Personal Data Inspector.

8. Your data is not shared with external entities.

9. The Administrator ensures due diligence in the protection of your data.

10. Providing personal data is not mandatory.

11. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the date of the last contact or until the end of the mandatory storage period of the project documentation.

12. Profiling: Based on your personal data, the Administrator will not undertake decisions against you, including decisions being a result of profiling.
