From May 29th to June 9th, 2023, some members of our team participated in an intensive two-week English language course in Malta within the scope of the Erasmus+ programme.
During the first week they focused on studying the basic grammatical structures and conversation. Participants had the opportunity to practice their newly obtained skills during interactive classes under the supervision of a teacher. Activities, games and simulations contributed to vocabulary development and an improvement in speech fluency. In the second week of the course, the participants concentrated on honing their presentation skills and taking part in debates.
The English language course in Malta was a perfect opportunity to create new connections with participants from around Europe. Sharing experiences and deepening knowledge about legal and migration practices from different countries contributed to an enrichment of our perspectives.
Our team was able to develop language skills and knowledge about different outlooks on law and migration. The acquired abilities and experiences will allow us to deliver aid to foreigners in peculiar legal situations more efficiently.
