The amendment to the regulation allows for entrusting work to a foreigner on the territory of the Republic of Poland without the need to obtain a work permit to foreigners staying in Poland on the basis of humanitarian visas. The favorable proposal is directed mainly to Belarusian citizens coming to Poland due to the political situation in their country.
