Fundusz Pomocy Pomagającym- preparing positions on the detention of foreigners

In the framework of the Fundusz Pomocy Pomagającym, we received a grant from the Stefan Batory Foundation to prepare positions on the detention of foreigners and handling refugee cases in Poland for immigration authorities of EU countries and/or lawyers representing foreigners in asylum proceedings.

Thanks to the Fundusz Pomocy Pomagającym, diverse organizations and informal groups have received support in providing direct humanitarian, medical, and legal aid to individuals affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border. The support also includes organizations documenting and publicizing cases of violations of Polish and international law, as well as human rights protection. The Fund also grants funding for monitoring the situation at the border and advocacy activities at the local, national, and international levels.

Here, you can see the actions we plan to undertake within the received grant concerning individuals from the Polish-Belarusian border.
