Public Interest Law in Democratic Societies – opening conference

On December 8, 2020 the Rule of Law Institute officially launched realization of the project Increasing law students opportunities for a career in Public Interest Law and the enhancing the capacity of Universities, NGO’s and legal professionals in the Lublin/Lviv region in the area of Public Interest Law funded in part by a grant from the United States Embassy in Poland

We had an opportunity to host representatives of universities, non-governmental organizations and other entities interested in cooperation in the field of public interest law. More than 40 persons from Poland, Ukraine and the USA took part in the opening conference.

The project is being dedicated to the late dr Kinga Stasiak of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin Faculty of Law. Her passion to educate law students is motivating us to continue the mission she has devoted her life to. We encourage you to support the fund: KINGA STASIAK FUND
