Thanks to the support obtained from the Civic Society Organizations Development Programme for “Strengthening monitoring potential” of the Rule of Law Institute Foundation, two of our friends took part in training for observers of return missions. The training took place on November 10-15, 2019 in Rome. It was organized by the International Center for Migration Policy Development together with FRONTEX and the Fundamental Rights Office. The main idea of the training was to give participants overall competence to monitor the observance of fundamental rights in forced return operations in accordance with international law and human rights in the EU. We hope that the acquired knowledge will allow us to take further action in protection of human rights.
