As we know, international protection is granted to a foreigner who proves that he/she has a well-founded fear of being threatened in the country of origin ( i.e. persecution or real risk of loss of life or damage to health).
In Poland granting of international protection is regulated by the Act of 13 June 2003 on granting protection to foreigners within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
