On Wednesday, June 26, part of our team have participated in the training “Migration and asylum law from the national and EU perspective” prepared by The Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights on behalf of the Representation of the European Commission in Poland.
During the training, we have discussed the regulations and practical issues concerning the topic of granting the international protection to foreigners in Poland and the foreigner’s obligation to return, placing foreigners in guarded centers and detention centers for foreigners and proceedings before international bodies for the protection of human rights
