Note to the Voivode of Lublin on the idea of directing new human resources to help refugees from Ukraine.

On March 14th we sent a note (attached) to the Voivode of Lublin concerning the idea of directing new human resources to help refugees from Ukraine.

We signalled in it the problem of both long-term and unlawfully prolonged detention, used against refugees, their children and unaccompanied minors.

Despite the lengthiness of proceedings conducted by the Head of the Office for Foreigners, Commanders of Border Guard posts, contrary to the applicable regulations, apply for prolongation of detention.
