Since July 1, 2015 there has been launched a project “Lawyers for Refugees 2” that is co-financed from the National Program of Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund. The project is an extension of the previous refugee program and expansion of our counseling activity. Legal aid for foreigners will be provided in English, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish and Polish languages on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am till 1 pm, at the seat of the Foundation (room #83). AID PROVIDED WITHIN THE PROJECT

• Free legal aid and information concerning the procedure for granting refugee status, preparing appeals against the decision of the Head of the Office for Foreigners, complaints to the Regional Administrative Court, drafting pleadings, representation in administrative proceedings on the basis of individually granted power of attorney;
• Hotline for Refugees (+48 606 703 933).

Our aid is for foreigners who:

• applied for refugee status in Poland;
• received a refugee status or subsidiary protection in Poland.
