The Council of Ministers adopted a regulation on the minimum wage applicable in 2022 (Journal of Laws, item 1690).
In 2022 the minimum wage will increase and will amount to PLN 3010 gross. It is PLN 210 more in relation to the amount currently in force (PLN 2,800), which means an increase of 7.5 percent.
The hourly rate will also increase, reaching PLN 19.70. This means an increase of PLN 1.40 when compared to 2021. The increase of the minimum wage will take effect on January 1, 2022.
