One of the Institute’s mission is conducting research and anal­ysis in order to promote values which the Institute, according to the will of the Founders, is to serve: construction of a soci­ety based on recognition of the dignity of human beings and the subsequent protection of human rights and democracy. To carry out its mission in this field the RLI cooperates with Academia, legal professionals, NGOs and public authorities. Thanks to our contacts with organizations outside the country we also partic­ipate in international research and implementation projects. In particular, through the Polish example, we want to support the introduction of rule of law standards in other countries, which are still making a democratic transition.
